Founding Board of Trustees · Now Forming
Build a sanctuary where nature heals.
Ebro Leisure Holdings is a newly forming Charitable Incorporated Organisation, transforming 88 acres of wild countryside by the Ebro River into a self-sustaining retreat for human and ecological health. We are seeking five founding Trustees to govern the vision.
Ebro River region · Spain — 88 acres of protected wild countryside
Our Mission
Modern life is quietly making us unwell. We are building the antidote — 88 acres where people and nature recover together.
We live in cities that exhaust us — toxic air, relentless noise, screens without horizon. Health is quietly declining, and the natural world that once restored us is under strain.
Ebro Leisure Holdings answers that with a place: a protected valley designed for recovery, where clean water, woodland and open sky do the slow work of making people well again.
“When I inherited more than I needed, I chose to give it to the land. This retreat is my inheritance — passed on to everyone who needs it.”
The Land
A horseshoe valley, returning to its wild self.
Eighty-eight acres curl around a horseshoe valley near the Ebro River. Former vineyards, herb plantations, almond and olive groves and native pine woodland are being gently restored — not developed.
Nothing here will rise above the trees. In place of high-rises, rustic timber tree-houses and eco-lodges settle into the landscape. The site runs on its own solar power and several rich underground water wells — self-sustaining by design.
Corporate Structure
One charity. Six engines of income.
Ebro Leisure Holdings is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. It owns and governs six B-Corp trading subsidiaries; each generates income, and every surplus returns to the charitable mission.
Open Trusteeships
Five founding Trustees. Six disciplines.
We are appointing five founding Trustees across six core disciplines. We expect some Trustees to bridge more than one area — what matters most is judgement, integrity, and belief in the mission.
